Crankshaft Co., Ltd. and Guilin Fuda Gears Co., LTD., subsidiaries of Guilin
Fuda Co., LTD., were among the green manufacturing demonstration companies (the
third batch) announced by the Industry and Information Technology Department of
Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.This time is the second time that Fuda won the
autonomous region-level "green factory" after Fuda share clutch
branch and heavy industry forging company won the national and autonomous
district-level "green factory".
The establishment of the
"green factory", on the basis of fully summarizing the successful
experience of other subsidiaries, will focus on waste heat and pressure reuse,
energy saving and consumption reduction, process optimization, "three
wastes" control, waste water treatment, comprehensive utilization, solar
street lamp transformation and other aspects of work.At the same time, relying
on scientific and technological innovation, efforts are being made to promote
the integration of machine substitution and industrialization. With the help of
the Internet, big data, cloud computing and other means, an industrial chain of
"green and intelligent manufacturing" has been actively built.
Through the establishment of
green factory demonstration enterprises, the company has further improved the
